im looking for atleast a mob fleet and a boss fleet but i heard that opsi can have up to 4 fleets so im not sure if i should prep for that too

Honestly there is nothing wrong with your current fleets, although if you want to post your dock we can see if there are better ships to use

HE guns work best against light armor

AP works best against med and heavy

CLs are light too
