For the purple ones:
recommended for mlb and max level for boss fleet: Helena (for her Radar debuff skill), Ark Royal (if you want to use slow, she can be used in both BB and CV mains). Their retrofits, while making them better, are not in priority, in case you need the resources and bullins for something else.
not exactly needed for a boss fleet, but still a good idea to raise them: Saratoga (with her retrofit) The bunny carriers (with their retrofit) the starters ( , , also with their retrofit)

for the tl;dr from the ships you owned:

for full battleship backline, you can use
Monarch/Richelieu/Veneto (flag, Monarch for barrage, Richy for preload, Veneto for her buff and barrage)
New Jersey/Warspite (with her retrofit).

If you want to run CVs, the ones you can run depends on your comp, but ships like , , Saratoga, Chise, Strasser, Formidable, and Shoukaku are fine on their own (though in Shoukek's case, she still benefits a lot from the IJN meme buff as well as when you sortie her with Zuizui). The IJN foxes (Akagi, Kaga) and bunnies (Souryuu, Hiryuu) are better when they're in the same fleet, with Nagato or Amagi as a buffer (the only drawback is that both are not as durable as other BBs).
