you don't seem to have ark royal yet, so going to 6-3 to farm purple plate + ark + cmd exp seems a decent option

plus you can get 406mk6 bb gun bps from it

for farming 6-3 id do 1:1 mlb fleet + 2 of those 0lb fletchers for vanguard. should be fairly efficient cmd exp per oil spent

well to get commander exp opsi is great for that, but also if you want to farm campaign like i mention above, 6-3 sounds good for you. can run 1:3 for cmd exp and low oil

You probably can't 1 fleet the next chapters ahead of you so having a boss fleet really helps.

Just use the best ships you have for now, PvP is pretty much dominated by event locked ships so...

Yes, Enterprise is one of the best boss ships out there. You might also want to have 2 BBs because suicide boats in W10/11 will kill your backline.
