Make helena wear triple 152mm italian gold
twin 152mm purple is strictly for a bb secondary only
utilize your free twin 150mm purple tbtsk +6 as well for any cl that needs a main gun
Make AMS use double toolbox
use any american AA on her or keep twin 127mm to keep the skill req
Give the free rudder on SF
she needs it more
DDs no longer need Rudder due to eva changes on them
