you want lvl105-110 ideally 110 for w12 lethal to be safe. higher is better. also gear is important, if your gear is subpar, youll need more levels to compensate. fleet comp itself looks ok if sandy is retroed, but put helena mid imo

most of the damage they're receiving is not coming from planes and if you show your equips I suspect they're faulty
