For 12-4 boss, Maya and Chōkai are both medium armour

#

Generally enemy armour matches hull type
Or the playable version

(some playable have diff armour than standard for hull and the enemy versions cam follow that)

Formula for hunt dmg involves level diff & fleetpower (yes the only time that's actually relevant lol)

Ideally 120
