Akaga in boss...what world?
Some people (like me) run 3 boss fleets for OpSi. One for CVs, one for BBs with HE guns and one for BBs with AP guns.
I wouldn't use Eugen unless you have no better choice for tanks, especially in a boss fleet. Portland exists and is better than her overall.

Boss: Prinz & Warspite are pretty powercrept (Prinz especially) and I’d look for replacements if possible. Akagi and Kaga prefer mobs due to pre-load but are okay on bosses. Also, swap around Sandy & Saint.

Mob: Belfast is the only weak link here really. Good mob tanks aren’t that hard to come by so it’s not a big deal.

Since you marked ships with retros...where's Sandy's retrofit? Shes the #1 meme without her retrofit. After, shes a serviceable ship outside of her specialty which is AA

Sandy in boss is fine as long as she’s retrofitted

But she should be in the middle position

If you're using Kaga BB, make sure to make that distinction. She's a serviceable BB.
