One thing I would change is Ryuuhou for Monarch if you have her, carrying two healers is overkill as hell and just hurts your DPS

the reason i find her meh in light fleet is because aurora robs her of her uniqueness. every bb becomes super accurate with aurora in vg

if you want 4th fleet to be exp fleet, make jda and perseus mainstays - and use the other 4 slots as flex slots to level whoever you want. kita is fine
