the only thing that hurts in 12-4hm is honestly the torps for some reason. so it really doesn't matter what you sortie out as long as it can mitigate the torp damage to clear map

any special needs like minimize max lvl ships or just brute force clear @burnt shale

like I just slapped anything to fill the damn torp req and called it a day
