Allright, so I asked for some fleet help for OpSi and Ch13 like three months ago. I could use some pointers again since some really good ships have arrived.
Here are the fleets I am using now:

Ch 13/main campaign:
Mob: Aquila - Ryuuhou - Indepkai // Noshiro - Duca - SF
Boss: NJ - Ark Royal - Enty // Cheshire - Helena - Sandykai
OpSi:
Mob: VV - Aquila - Ryuuhou // Noshiro - Duca - SF
Boss AP: Monarch - NJ - DoY // Cheshire - Shima - Helena
Boss HE: Richelieu - Warkai - Tosa // Tallinn - Z23 - Sandykai
Boss CV: Enty - Ark Royal - Centaur // Roon - Kazagumo - Baltimore

I got a full fleet setup recommended for OpSi, and I modified it a bit to suit new ships, but here is it:
Mob: VV - Aquila - Ryuuhou // Noshiro - Duca - SF (So pretty much complete...unless?)
Boss AP: Monarch - NJ - DoY // Cheshire - Helena / Swiftsure
Boss HE: Richelieu - Warkai - Tosa // Tallinn / Sandykai / Helmeta>Kirov
Boss CV: Enty - Ark - Centy // Roon - Kazagumo - Sirius

Here are the ships that I might be interested in placing them somewhere:

Rikka (Replace SF in mob, perhaps?)
Chise (another preload CV, dunno if it's worth it if I already have Aquila)
Yume (a decent tank, but nothing spectacular or so I've heard)
Jeanne d'Arc
Amagi (maybe not, but putting her out there just in case)
Chikuma (like with Amagi)
I've acquired some others but just being reading gph and tierlist, they're not notable. Too lazy to post full dock. The difference is past Upon Shimmering Blue, really.

i dont really like warspite in he bb fleet because although she becomes very accurate vs dds - her barrage doesnt do good damage vs light. you can achieve the same effect with aurora and running another bb

I don't have too many good off-flag BBs. Warkai is the 2nd best one at that (after NJ ofc)

U can put them in boss
And make rikka jeannea yume ur opsiren mob fleet vanguard
Chise can replace aquila if aquila max level ig
Sf can replace sandy kai
Noshiro can run with torp vanguard

Do people really farm XP on OpSi and not use mob as a clearing fleet? I like just hitting auto on a corr 6 map and my current mob works fine even after buying the tuning thingies in the reset shop
