Gascogne - good mob fleet flagship
Friedrich der Grosse - one of the 2 top-tier BB in the game
Seattle - CL, good vanguard
Kitakaze - one of the best gunboat DD
Azuma - CB, is one of the more robust vanguards alongside her fellow DR vanguard compatriots, Drake of PR3 and Agir of PR4

Drake - among the best vanguards the game offers
Champagne - shelling BB, only 1 MGM but her barrage acts like a second MGM, though has survivability issues in exchange for higher dps
Cheshire - one of the big 3 in AA alongside San Diego retro, forgot the other one
Mainz - very good CL, can offtank, her FateSim improve her offensive capabilities
Odin - one of the better mob "flagship"

August von Parseval - imagine an Ark Royal with effectively 100% slow. KMS PR4 CV, recommended against Light and Medium armor enemies
Marco Polo - Italian BB. mong the best BBarrager
Agir - KMS DR CB, same rarity as Azuma. Bit better than her
Hakuryuu - IJN DR CV. Same "tier" as Shinano, basically a researchable Shinano. Dive-bomber oriented
Anchorage - USN CA. Big PVP meme today, has smokescreen and can tank.

London is squishy by Heavy Cruiser standards, so you ideally want her in the middle

for the other ship, it is recommended to get a ship that can off-tank.

Rikka - The most flexible CL in the game, PR-level stats, Aux memes
Akane - Basically Monarch with better heal, and about equal performance with her special attack instead of barrage
