on DDs the recommendation is to run toolbox + as much HP as possible aux

and goldburn fits the "as much HP as possible aux" category

then on gridman ships, the vanguard ones don't need reload for the same reason the other vanguard ships don't need reload, then the backline prefers damage boosting auxs vs an HP one
