considering how overlevelled they are, akagi is fine imo, you could put literal deadweight in that slot and it's fine as long as they have 2 fleets

i used a deadweight 96 kaga for my w11 lethal mob fleet and it was fine, her quick airstrike helped clear mobs a bit faster

#

more important is, post dock so we see what alternatives you even have

LaffeyDrink honestly akagi works for now by herself in mob fleet, the quick launch is sufficient, w11 isnt hard, and sara will take time to get levels and retro

#

akagi's overlevelledness will compensate

you do want to get kaga up asap tho if you wanna use the foxes beyond w11
