Welp if its for mob fleet your 3 CV's will mostly carry your AA in w12

LaffeyDrink im not sure how much the plane difficulty ramps up in 12-1 to 12-4 bosses, 12-1 was fine with port/helena/laffey, not sure if that'll remain the case...

something like chikuma/z46/jda for mob and portland/helena/monty for boss work? LaffeyDrink +cvs and all that (i should be fine on that front)
