Everyone says to exchange the PR exp packs for the prototype shop currency, it’s the best option; only time I’d recommend using them to speed up a grind is if you’ve got plenty of prints for a ship like FDG and don’t want to deal with the kms back line grind

Even then, shop is still better

the main thing with dev25 vs dev30 is what that last dev level gives you

for ships like neptune you really need dev30

because it's an extra 15% efficiency

for Roon you get 5% all efficiencies, which is good but not critical
