you probably have enough currency to get the 2 last bulins

also london aux should be a gun

and that gun has really high priority to be good

like the rest of the cruisers with aux guns can be transitional stuff, but you want your best dd gun on london

so looking at the tier list i see that some of the units put on the teams are really low. like Monty being tier 2 and some others. while there are tier 0 and 1 units that I have. Could the team not be better? ignoring levels and limit breaks is there a better fleet that could be made?

T2 for CL is still really good

Like past t3 on the TL is legit min maxing to an extent lol

Especially for the CL section

oh london isnt a tank

London has more damage than heinrich against certain armor types, but in terms of tank hein is way way ahead

Also note you cant make a min max fleet without considering the fact that as you get more and more formerly event locked ships that are slightly better than what you have, it "forces" you to consistently level new things and spend bulins

Just use what you got until it doesn't work or until a significant upgrade comes out imo

i do like Duca design a lot so would it be a waste at this point to work on leveling duca

In opsi you need 4 fleets anyway

And duca is good in the italian mobbing meta

Waifu is good reason to lvl ships

The italian mobbing meta is veneto + aquila + healer + duca + x + x

If you wanna level vv aquila and duca go for it they all really good at the end of the day

and a healer leveled

Cause duca is the best second enabler of veneto

First being aquila

Don't worry about cats

For now

Just take cats with good talents u got

And look at their blue skill

And if blue skill says command put command

If it says staff put staff

And if nothing put as needed depending on other cats

Cats are extreme min max

You can beat all of game without cats

And you wont really notice a diff w/ or w/o them unless you got the god cat

And getting the god cats is insanely rng dependant so dont waste time on it when you got other stuff to do

Oscar is used when you are using multiple bbs

Justice is only used when farming a stage repeatedly/mobs

Also some elite cats are viable as transitional/actually solid options
