mob: honoka/riche unicorn centaur minneapolis laffey london
boss: washington essex warspite roon muse helena portland
replace washington with monarch after you dev 30 her

other ship u want to raised: jda riche if u get them
ark royal, farmable in 6-3/ c2 this event
dido muse
u can pick enty/sandy after clearing the exam too

for boss though you'll want to proc essex's blue skill, mainly in w13 so no need to worry about it rn
