okay so the key to ch12-13 is AA. that means bringing 3 to 5 carriers and having a good AA ship in each fleet.
I have good bb just I don't have enough bulins to fully limitbreak them.And I also lack good heavy cruiser
having air superiority at minimum is highly recommended for ch12/13 so yes ACV (from carriers) is a must
if your ships are around that level, it may be premature to discuss ch12 honestly
Those levels are iffy tbh, aren't enemies like 110?
clearly just trying to get a jump on it to make sure they'll have the ships ready when they hit 12/13
ok well eugen and nelson are not very good, though ch12 isnt too hard so you can consider using them still if you like them. Also your ships are definitely underlevelled
just level a good amount of carriers and have a couple good BBs for bosses
So that mean illustrious gonna be good when I start entering chap 12
go back to 11-1 and level up more

you don't necessarily need vanguard AA but it's a bit easier than having top CVs
yeah illustrious brings fat acv and vanguard protection if that's what you need, although her surface dps is pretty low
she can be, yes, if you need the ACV and vanguard protection

balance survivability, surface damage, and AA coverage. A lot of things work for 12/13. 14 is a whole other ball game
if you don't have perseus, then yes, unicorn is good for mob healer.
Unicorn is perfectly functional through to 13-4
enty essex centaur are all very helpful in ch12-13. also independence retrofit can be a great ch13 mob flagship, assuming you have NJ in boss fleet.
unicorn is quite good for plane hell since she's a solid vg healer and has fighters

how about aquila? her preload helps to clear mob trash quickly.
but sometimes ut give me someone else like duke of york or hood
if they missed NJ event i doubt they were around for Aquila
im still quite new to AL.So I missed a lot of good event ship

sticking to base game, 2CV+Unicorn on mob and Warspite (or some other BB), DOY, and a CV on boss feat. sandy should work great for 12
i like having a barrage BB on ch12 mob flagship personally. like richie perseus (or unicorn in your case) indekai

so far as 13 Monarch+Enty+Essex is a super common setup too
there's a good amount of give on 12 and 13. So long as you hit ACV, have the levels, and keep the above in mind you should be fine
well im gonna use that while im crying not having 6 sr bulins and a single warspite to even retrofit her
the bulins def. gatekeep early on that's fair
make sure you're doing exercises
it takes a while but eventually it becomes a decent source of bulin

she can do some good work in 14 yet but i think there's just better options

sandy can do really well in ch14, but i personally didn't use her

my boss fleet ended up ditching her in ch14
because the issue wasn't doing enough damage to the boss, it was clearing the mob waves before the boss
but that's a long way off for you
helena is great in ch12-13
If im right chap 14 require high evasion ships for less detection

here's something that demonstrates you can rely on CVs alone if your fighters are good enough so long as you have heavy vanguard dps

You'll need a couple of 125 ships to touch that
or you can bring more damage and tankier ships and have similar results
And even then it's still not fun

then this is a more AA-heavy comp that also works
i ran a comp where only Unicorn had fighters and relied on Reno for AA and that worked too
demonstrating you have choices in 13 still whereas 14 it feels like only maybe 20 ships are actually viable

assuming you have enough air coverage elsewhere, of course.
and also what ship that are good and are not in event that is good for chap 12-14 that should I try get other than warspite
from this event? richie and jda, mostly.
look for CVs with a lot of fighter slots and/or good efficiency mostly
Centaur, Essex, Enterprise, Independence, and so on
Illustrious can work, IJN carrier pairs are nice
Ark is generally more of a boss focused ship but she can do mobbing too. Generally takes high-end planes is the only concern
The gameplay from 13 to 14 shifts. If 13 is AA focused 14 is evasion and lots of burst damage cause you're being bombarded on all sides with no breathing time
rather think 14 trades AA focus for ASW focus and also throws backline pressure back on
relatively easy to get through 13 without backline heals where it's basically impossible in 14
ASW focus really only critical because fighting only BB nodes is suicide
rip anyone trying to do ch14 without ryuuhou or perseus

number of fighters and efficiency, yeah
My most consistent comp in W14. But even tho they're stacked that was not fun
like indekai only has one fighter slot, but she has 4 fighters in that slot.
are dd still a thing to use in chap 12-13?
they require a little babysitting in ch12-13 but can be used just fine
they're more important in ch14
DDs are fine in 12/13. Just build smart
this gonna sound wild but i've liked vittorio over fdg on mobs. Might actually pop fdg on boss and see what happens
gave fdg a fair shake and end up wanting to reset sorties more than w/ vv
are fdg mostly good for bosses right?
she's good at everything but for 14 most default her to mobs 'cause she's better than anyone else at it
super tanky BB, which actually matters there
only ship with 10k+ base hp as of now 
also reduces self dmg taken as hp gets lower, too

it's definitely a lot. mostly the takeaway is 12 and 13 emphasize CVs and 14 is really really hard
