for backline:
outside of warspite and enty and lusty which u are already raised
nagato and pow are good BB to raised, i would raise 1 of the 2 and i would recommend nagato
CV:shoukaku +zuikaku is good pair to go with nagato
tico shangrila is good CV for w12/w13 pick 1 or none if u already have 2 full fleet
saratoga/independance (core datashop) is good elite CV
ark royal is good for end game content
for healer: unicorn, ryuuhou, i would raise ryuuhou later when u get spare gold bullin

ship needed middle slot backline: nagato, generally BB should be flag here
ship that are tank: u only really needed 1 in each fleet at left most position
mob tank: suzutsuki > all
boss tank: portland > takao > atago > eugen
other vanguard are mostly dps and should not be in tank slot
