Does w14 have the same meta as w13? In terms of fleet building?
I think W14 focuses more on ASW
13 (should work for everything):
Mob: Perseus Independence + [CV]/ Minne Monty Yuudachi
Boss: NJ Shinano + 1 more / [Tank] Helena Sandy
could potentially see the mob having issues if your planes and/or AA selection isn't great.
The last backline could be either of a CV or a BB depending on getting Supremacy mostly. FDG, Warspite, Enterprise, etc. all would be good picks
Tank could be Azuma, Portland, etc.
I could raise my San Francisco to tank would that be good?
I suggest putting Independence as the flag of mob, for nj's buff

and yeah i'm not listing positioning really
just Perseus is the easiest pick ever for 13 mob
14 i can mostly just say you'll want double healer, 2 DDs for mobs. Perseus+Aquila+Vittorio has treated me very well. Noshiro/Yuudachi/Yukikaze is the vg i use rn but i've used Shimakaze, Duca, San Fran, and so on as well
FDG is very commonly picked
Boss is where it's hard and you want the absolute nuts
So would It be good to have a healer in mob and boos fleet
not really
just in mob
boss fleets you'd rather just kill faster because bosses in 13 and 14 put on damage faster than the healer could ever hope to recover
wiser to just kill them faster
i've had fairly good luck with this comp
