Yeah, that's a good idea. Main thing is that you definitely want phoenix out of your fleets, since aside from her zombie skill (heal when under X health%, rendered irrelevant by unicorn) she isn't really useful. In terms of tanks, cleveland/eugen are decent for a mob fleet and port retro is good for boss tanking

Definitely want to hold on to sirius/helena for boss fleet bc buffs, maybe with eugen to tank until you get someone better

Boss fleet backline should probably be enty, lusty, yorktown/other carrier (sara is decent here if you have her, lexi otherwise)

Mob fleet should probably be port tank, laffey (best girl), and saint louis (from shipyard)

I would use roon (from shipyard) if you have the kms tech, otherwise wait for events and pick characters up from them.

Overall, her retrofit is great bc it gets her a lot of health on top of her already big hp pool; she's useful up until the point where you need more evasion based tanks (and even then, she's still decent in boss fleets)

Not really; only real difference is that if you get independence from the core shop (you definitely should, she's ridiculously good when retrofitted), then cleveland improves her barrage

Eugen has shields, which make the entire vanguard a bit tankier, but drop off pretty fast
