Enterprise has only one skill but that skill alone makes her of the top-tier ships for tackling bosses

Personally I would advice raising Enterprise and replace Kaga (CV) with her

for new player I think Limit breaking Tosa should have a more immediate effects than Enterprise but yes, Kaga must be out of your fleet

Sadly you don't have any ships that could be "AA-Carry" but keep an eye out in your medal exchange shop for San Diego

San Diego is a strong vanguard ship with one of the best capacity for AA after her retrofit (originally SR, she's upgraded to UR after retrofit)
