I don't see enough BBs to pull off a decent BB fleet that's worth running instead of just swapping the guns on NJ+Dork+warsp

Sirius has high enough AA for most purposes tbh. If the planes are tanky enough to live through decent AA then they'll be too tanky for an AA carry. OpSi planes don't have the concept of moderation

Belorussiya+Centaur+Independence is from me, all of the CV good for Mob n boss, n Belorrusiya's Barrage doesn't get cucked by enemy armor. so its a universal fleet

The CVs also has gut fighter cover so they don't really need an AA Vanguard

Portland, Roon, Chikuma, Heinrich, SF and Agir(if the dev is 15+ and you've got skills at lv10) can all tank for now.
They can tank for any fleet with a few minor preferences.
Agir prefers being in BB fleets because of her armor break.
Chikuma gives a teeny tiny buff to CV fleets if IJN CVs are there
