for boss fleet I used Portland/Helena/San Diego on vanguard, with New Jersey/Enterprise/any US BB (Massachusetts would probably work here)

You could use San Francisco instead of Portland and it'd probably work fine, maybe even better

for mob fleet, honestly I just threw together random light/heavy cruisers and backed them up with Unicorn and two other powerful Aircraft Carriers
