Just use whoever you want to level in an exercise fleet. You'll want Helena for the whole game, so getting her as much XP as possible is a good idea

If you want to make a mob and boss fleet we can help with that, but your current vanguard would be good for the boss fleet

she was an old pvp ship because of that skill but it really wasn't much so just normal carriers could be better options
