ive been using 2 fleets so far but i wanna prepare for later when i think there is 3 fleets per mission? the belorussia and hopefully an all italy fleet will be my mobs and the warspite will be for boss

That main gun on Montpelier is really only useful as a Battleship secondary, and its really good at that.

Otherwise; putting either the hydraulic steering or camo on Montpelier instead of the boiler would help. Other than that and what Riceist said; your gear looks fine.

Nagato would be okay, but I don't think right now it would make too much difference. I'd start working on other ships when you hit a wall and are struggling with the story.

I guess she doesn't need it, but you have to get so far into her retrofit tree before she can heal

Your gear otherwise looks fine minus all the stuff we've said. Hope that all helps. Warspite is someone I'd definitely recommend retrofitting when you can. She gets a lot better on retrofit.
