mine looks like this and it's fine
it could be a lot of things and i think it's just easiest to look
right; I'm using tenzan kais bc i dont have enough ryuseis 
shouldnt be an issue tho bc they have pretty much the exact same fire rate
other than that tho its pretty much equivalent
she does fire second; is that an issue?

she just needed to launch after centaur
does centaur's slow need to proc for this to hit

because the boss always seems to start moving ~.5 seconds before torps hit

where using ark messing up timings cause of ark slow

i think it'd be the combination of ark+centaur if anything. i've had no problems with solo ark
ive had issues with shinano enty ark
and shinano shoukek ark
thats why i run shinano enty shoukek atm

shoukek doesn't
never had problems with first launch regardless; it's usually third that's finnicky but my setup does fine
shouk just there to be an ijn name honestly

like. no universe this misses for me
and i've used every combination of planes and 120 and 125 comps

I have the exact same comp and shoukek misses her first strike
need to readjust planes

according to bombs calc my shoukek is .05 sec faster than ark 
actually nvm more like .1 but around there

on bombs calc he accounts for the .1 sec abs cooldown so its more like 21.6 to 21.8 there i think

is there a reason you're not using beacons
but its too slow for 3rd helena i think
cause i was able to run enty with saiun at like 22.3 seconds or something and she was landing literally everything

But from OP's question, you should just test timing around especially when we know nothing about your fleet comp/gear atm.

third airstrike whiffed, as made evident by Ark's pitiful damage
but first was totally fine
actually changed nothing but shoukaku over Enty and San Fran over Azuma so i think it does have an effect
lemme rewatch second strike too just to be sure
second strike is 100% hit
third strike meanwhile

my Ark has a ton of room to get faster. I have to slow her down to hit the third stop if anything
same with enty
In game FR values are:
Shinano: 22.27 (beacon)
Enty: 21.52 (no beacon)
Ark: 22.15 (beacon)

it's possible i'm missing the tail end of the third strike. hard to see because lots of numbers / i'm not positive on when the window actually closes
but i don't really think so 'cause i get > 1m without god luck
think bombcalc puts my ark at like 21.4 cooldown
which is "too fast" still but it works

i prob could go double ryuusei. Or maybe golddiver on Enty
in any case, lots of variance and flexibility, especially when you tactical oath

but double ryuusei hits just after enty so it should be fine still
