or enty essex ticon, with indep on other fleet buffing every CV you use across 4 fleet

Centaur - Formidable - Shinano + Cheshire - Noshiro - Sirius

Eventually, you'll phase out Centaur, Formidable for Shoukaku and Ark Royal.
Noshiro will be phased out for Kazagumo whenever you get her ready.

for the 4th fleet its really depends on what you need.

for my case 4th fleet is anti-light fleet

you can go another CV fleet or HE/anti light BB fleet
