I'd honestly say the best fleet that could be made is probably Minneapolis + Laffey + Ingram, for mob at least ShiSleep

realistically there's a bit of time in this event, so if you can pick up at least 1 Bremerton, Intrepid, or Reno you'll have a solid ship in hand for climbing majority of content MiniSip
