then 138.6 (tashkent gun) for CL or DD's
twin 203 that you can make which is algerie gun is actually a great one for some CA's
prototype triple 410 is also a decent AP gun

Twin 203 mle is from skybound and its algerie gun (but also best CA HE gun)
And triple 152 italian is from italian 2, the duca gun (although it sucks on vanguard its mainly nep gun sidegrade for BB aux)

mostly for vanguards, you will need toolbox and rudder for them. the only time you prefer something other than toolbox is evasion gear like heels from muse 2 event or some other good evasion gears
other than that. toolbox is the other equipment you want for vanguards

because it heals you and quite a decent HP too. not as big as VH plate but not bad either.
for boss, you may want more evasion instead
