but having 3 purple bps + 2 golds is just not justifiable for 8hr

from what my spreadsheet is saying:

best for gear:
E 2h research (prob the thing that requires to scrap 15 pieces of gear) with 7 gold prints and 2 purples (one even having 2 bonus gear bps) - sample size 2

2nd best for gear:
Q 4H or 2 2H researches:
2H has 6-7 bps overall with 2-3 golds
4H has 7-8 bps overall with 4-5 golds
sample size 3 each

Q 1H is all over the place from 1 blue bp to 1 ur, 1 gold, 1 purple, 1 blue or 2 gold/1purple/2 blue

C 6H or C 8H has 3 (1 6hr sample) and 3-5 gear bps + 1 ship (4 8hr samples) while C 12H has 7 gear + 2 ship bps (1 sample)
