I wouldn't put a roomba on Z23, and I wouldn't put a sexy on Noshiro over someone like Sandy

#

That said, Perseus, Ryuuhou, and maybe FdG or Enty would be a great mob fleet. Using Enty, and then throwing NJ and FdG in your boss fleet, would probably be best

I think NJ/Perseus/Ryuuhou would be a great mob fleet, and then you can use FdG, Warspite, Enty for boss

You might run into AA issues on the boss fight though, which is the one thing I'd be worried about. Anyone that's actually done 13-4 want to chime in?
