Let start with your boss fleet first
you want a BB fleet to deal with CV boss and dd/cl boss etc
so i would ran something like
richi warkai howe tank helena tank/dps so something like atago helena helena meta could work
then a cv fleet to deal with BB boss:
i personally recommended
shinano ark royal centaur/soukaku
cheshire +2 sirius can help, more ank help too

then your mob fleet
just healer + ship that good with multipole fight
i would go something like amagi ryuuhou enty noshiro jda ibuki

then 1 more fleet u can go another bb or cv fleet or faction fleet if u like

or just follower the aboved fleet
that have more leveled to it
