For most battleships, you throw a triple 406mk6 on and call it a day. If they're barragers, use twin 410. Both of those are purple
I'm working on prepping my ships for world 13 on my main account, and the only non-purple gun I have equipped on my BBs came from the NJ event

I also recommend looking for this, and analyze the data you get to turn them into protocores instead of using them for XP. Use that to buy either Seattle guns or something from PR3 gear, likely a twin 234 or triple 406MLE.

The Prototype Series 2 or 3 in the bottom right
Research in the bottom right will give you Combat Data Packs that can either be used for XP to develop PR ships, or analyzed in the depot to turn them into Prototype cores. I recommend doing the latter

The rainbow gun is too expensive IMO, and ship BPs are overpriced as well. If you want an AP BB gun, the 406MLE from series 3 is really good.
