richy shinano percy nep sandy heinrich can work for mobbing

vv aquila percy also works really well

shinano percy ryuuhou/aquila also works but it's a comp best saved for w12 and 13

Any tips for changes/builds for Fleets 3 and 4 so I can use them there?

Having 2 full 120s fleet would be more beneficial than having 4 meh fleet

Well keep your currently fleet like it is for 1st and 2nd opsiren fleet

For 3th fleet and 4th fleet
You can consider some combo like
Monarch +Warkai + howe
VV + aquila + 1
Shinano + centaur + ark royal
Nagato + shinano + shokaku
Iron blodd are fined but eh
For vanguard go normal composition of tank dps off tank

Yeah I'm trying to both level up my ships and clear up to 10-4 so I can get the last PR tokens and finish getting Roon

That'll give me the rest of the PR1 Tokens from the beginner missions and let me finish a few more ships

IB fleet is just a placeholder so I can run them for the EXP missions

looks good, just use fleet 1 as mob, fleet 2 as boss and with a few gear tweaks and levels, you can prob clear w10-11 consistently
