these 2 fleets are ships you want to invest purins and work towards for later game, ignoring sanrui since she needs research blueprints

the lack of purins is the whole reason why it's a later game fleet

first off do what raj said and use as many bulins as possible on helena, cleveland, saratoga, and unicorn

these are purple ships so use purple bulins

for the ships i listed that aren't stuck on limit break levels, use them and level them up since you might as well, and just try adding in the purple ships listed
