Boss: New Jersey Enterprise Shinano Roon Helena San Diego
Some notes: a lot of these have other viable options
Illustrious xan replace Taihō Aquila if you are struggling AA wise at mob but think vg should be fine
Minnea could be replaced by Noshi/Heinrich
Taihō can be replaced by Alabama honestly, I just prefer a 3CV mob personally for AS+
Balti is being used for her damage here - imo only one US CV in boss is not enough to lose out on her damage
Helena could be replaced with Sirius for more consistent buff/slightly better consistent survival but Helena buff is very good
There's also other good options overall I passed up bc levels

fleet 1: noshi duca kita (as said earlier can replace with whoever needs levels)
fleet 2: room (can use roon as stopgap) helmet san fran
fleet 3: hein helena seattle
fleet 4: azuma kazagumo sirius

Options passed up for levels: Shangri-La in mob, SF (could do a couple different things), Roon Muse boss

honestly, helmet works better in HE fleet than sandy. It's not like you need Sandy's AA. Might as well squeeze out more damage.

CV fleet has the option of running Shinano, Shoukek, Centaur/Formi if he wants to run a tank other than Azuma. Won't change too much beyond being able to run waifu

Sure, the only obvious change in sam's recommendation is using helmeta instead of sandy. HE fleet will be used for light armor and Helmeta is highly specialized against light. Otherwise it's all perfectly fine.

arguably for w13 mob fleet taihou could get dropped for a good mobbing bb like alabama or vv to buff aquilla. In my experience it made a mob fleet more stable and 3 big cv's + cvl should be enough to meat acv requirements
but thats a personal preference at that point

Might be a bit much to ask but would you guys wanna help make op si and w13 fleets for my roommate, he’s the last friend of mine that’s been using faction fleets too, trying to improve his gameplay bc his frontline is all DD and usually dies super quick, but if not no biggie! Fleet building seems like a lot xD

actually enty with same loadout should give more acv the hiryuuM so as long as shinano and her infaltied acv is there 3cvs and 1cvl is enough for AS+

so the mob fleet if your friend prefers it to have a bb its safe to do so and not lose the AS+ on the w13 maps
but both approaches are fully valid

well there needs to be a tool to stop as from spamming 200 build in a day, still during events you can do 15k coins a day for the 10 daily builds
so its not that much of a problem if u focus on them
