if u are having problem with ur AA just stick to Quad Bofors (for be easy i will say QB)

QB is one of the best general AA guns, basically all ships are good with them, some will wanna other gears, but they are "good" with QB too

Gold > purple > blue (for cata)
by chance if u have Avi tank (like one u use it on lusty) if are same rarity than ur steam cata almost dont make diference for skill but u can use them as steam cata as well

Nevada and Hyuuga for cheap options(hyuuga u really wanna do her retrofit once she is on lvl90 and u wanna do it all in once)
Hood for a good mober
suruga and Tirp for shellers
warspite as a Boss
fuso u dont really wanna her as BBV avoid make her retrofit complety, u stop at part "modernization"
