the dupes just aren't useful otherwise though. plus you don't have a skin, so there's no use in having multiple as secretaries for that either :P

• yumi
• preferably enterprise (4 bulins); otherwise fubuki (2 bulins) or sao martinho/murasaki is probably fine for now
• unicorn (please retrofit her lol)
• portland (guild shop) as a good tank for cheap, or eugen (3 bulins)
• z23 for now is fine (retrofit if you want)
• some other vanguard ship by your preference

independence (core shop) is also always a good mobbing CV pick. besides that, you don't have too many great options, so if want to work on a 2nd fleet... uh... maybe just wait lol

it's the tab above "enhance" for ships that have it. unicorn's retrofit provides her with a loaded airstrike immediately when the battle starts alongside some other buffs

i was suggesting that as a single fleet

... but if we were talking based on the 2 existing fleets, z23 over charybdis or hermione. neither of those are particularly good and z23 is just cheaper to use for now
