#Help deciding new fleets for OPSI

Hi! These are my two teams rn. I'm leveling up the second to use in OPSI primarily. I have been farming 12-4 since the last two weeks and didn't even try 13-1 but it would be nice if the fleets are also somewhat competent for W13 and maybe W14.
Truthfuly I'm prioritising OPSI rn due to wanting some lab gears, so the question goes primarily in that direction.

So, what changes would you recommend? What units would be good for a third or fourth team? Do I wait for future banners?

BONUS: Can I make a semi-competent sub team? I have a bit of everything but no full teams it seems ^^'

lacking a bit here and there for 3rd or 4th fleet. move laffey2, kazagumo to the lexii team, can swap z23 with sandiego

you can make a full bb fleet when you raise more of them

So I put Anchorage and San Diego to Owari team and LexiII and Kazagumo to monarch team for the time being?

Will take note of that. Helena was the first CL I leveled and it feels wrong to not use her haha But yeah, gotta have more BBs
