Hello all! I'd love some advice on how best to spend my UR Bulins, I currently have 8 with the ability to get three more with protocores. I've already gotten the event and cruise pass bulins.
I got three copies of Lex II so I just spent two bulins on MLBing her. Would appreciate advice on if I should MLB anyone else at this time, be it WDP, Unzen, or Shinano. Or if it would be best to save my bulins for Guam/Laffey or the next limited UR. Ships below to give you an idea of my available ships.
Any other advice on who to MLB for SRs is appreciated. I plan on MLBing Cowpens.
Also I am 310/400 for the UR Exchange, so a ways to go but open to advice on who to redeem. I wanted Musashi but am considering York2 to pair her with Lex2.

if you don't have any issues with the space just save them for Guam/LII and maybe the Feb/Mar UR

you could use Essex but YorkII LexII pair is still better off with Kearsarge

when you say MLB Musashi are you saying to redeem her at 400/400 and then spend UR bulins on her or treat her as a loooong term project and only spend free dupes on her to MLB her. Same question for Shinano following her.

get 1st copy from exchange, then mlb with UR bulin
you can mlb shinano now, you already have hakuhou and you need shinano to make her better
so no need to wait
you also need kazagumo
raise your AVP, then you have a good IJN fleet for opsi
