1. Don't use non max limitbroken URs , in fact max limitbreak all your ships you are using

5000 core from playing the game, 3000 core from medal shop. That is 2 bulins.
Add 1 bulin from cruise pass every other month, that is 0.5 bulins.
Add 1 bulin from every new or rerun UR event, that is 8/12 = 0.67 bulins per month.

also dont use UR bulins on perma rainbows (e.g. new jersey, shinano)
