I would like to make a fleet for bossing and mob and have no problem with having to level things :)

i would use

lion, strasser, unicorn
heinrich helena blucher for now
Push event
put your other rainbow ships in fleet 2 but dont use fleet 2

limit break your stuff especially Lion asap

How much spec core do you have atm?

do A1-B2 map with unicorn + blucher solo should be doable to save oil
then D3 map with full fleet

then repeat D3 until safe
and then u try and raise fleet 2

and use uni + bluecher to push for now a1-b2 event
Lion + zwei second fleet but dont use second fleet

then u can use these 2 fleets on D3
