that fleet was made for RN xp, the backline serves mostly as support while vanguard does the most

I would mlb impla instead of lexi2 since your kear isn't really ready yet. If you plan on grinding opsi you mostly really need 2-3 working fleets

Impla amagi cv and haku would be a great cv bossing fleet
