And fleet 2 for boss

Fleet 3 and 4 just for recon

you'll have more luck moving NJ in with Lion and wait to see if Lex II will fit with those 2 for a consolidated boss fleet

vanguard you may want to add Trafalgar down the road but chances are lower priority than raising Lex II if you don't have enough bulins

2LB Raff is probably enough to park in your mob fleet for now yes

I would move Eldridge into your boss fleet and Sandy o ut to mob
