Finishing bringing Lion to 120 would help even more I'd think.

Ofc getting either Anchorage or Aegir dev30 and 120 would still help, but you have alternatives.

Main fleet's easy. Raf - Uni - Independence for mob, Lion/Musashi - Fritz - Enty? for boss.

I was thinking Yat Sen (needs aux) - Fu Shun - Roon? for mob and Z52 - Helena - Sandy (needs aug) for boss. Anchorage or Aegir would definitely give you some more options, and you'll really want more levels on all the ships. Keep farming in w12 until the full fleet you use is 120, since there's no need to rush w14.
