you don't really need a healer for the boss fleet, so just unicorn is fine for now
if you want a secondary healer, admittedly useful for w14+, level volga. she also deals pretty good damage

amagi will probably be the first main fleet ship to replace, assuming you run the whole DAL crew for one of the 2
... when you have the spare coins, maybe also try to get rid of the duplicates above level 1 by limit breaking the higher one, no real reason to keep more than 1 copy of each ship
