I would suggest for Mob fleet doing something like Nelson (FS) Unicorn Independence Jintsuu META (Front) Sandy Portland and you could have a decent CV fleet with Hakuhou (FS) Shinano Ark Royal Anchorage (Front) Kazagumo Eldridge. I could be wrong on my inexperience but there is my take HelenaPlease

yeah that's why I don't use Shinano and I'm thinking of mlb Unzen because I got her dupe and have enough to mlb her

she's good but she already been replaced in her own niche (not excluding the fact that bb comps actually outperforms heavy cv)

cause you run amagi cv + hakuhou + freeze,
she only re enter the comp if the boss doesnt move (that much) so you dont need the freeze

it not worth investing into perma in general, the only exception kinda is musashi since ur bb are just much better compared to their sr counterpart. and even then you eventually get her mlb from pity.

Literally Amagi have same impact with both of them, and still people tend to pick Shinano

if your alabama has her aug you could use her instead of nelson
2 fleet more than enough to clear everything in opsi cept maybe c5/6 red loggers since everything else you can just back out and heal

jervis use to be used for cv but she's fallen off iirc in fav of kaza and sirius

also if you havent you can set your research catch up to anchorage to get her up to dev 30 faster

Also AvP would be the next step replacing Ark Royal as a slow support

But leave that until you have a properly build CV fleet
