go into your dock, select the ship, and press Boost EXP

#

just use a few on the low level ships

#

until they are around lv 20-30 ish

#

like penny is lv16 now, just use some to get her to lv30 to catchup

that's enterprise, an SR CV
blue hair is Helena, elite CL from guild shop
bottom left is Portland, rare CA from guild shop, but you can skip Portland for now since you're using marseillaise

also remove your subs except the i-58

#

you can put her in or just totally remove from formation, and level her later on

#

she will be useful for Daily Raid later on, but not early game

#

so just decide if you wanna level her now or later, makes very little difference
