so, ive MLB my first fleet and got them up to lvl 100 and so id like to get another fleet going but im really not sure who should be in it, any suggestions? also ive been looking at this page : https://azurlaneecgc.com/fleetbuilding but i seem to be missing alot of the ships listed

gona eat up your gold bulin a little, but prioritize owari, then lyme, then theseus and lastly kaza
you can even skip kaza and use kagerou or something first, to ease up gold bulin

i have set up my second fleet but idk how i should level them up, should i put one or two of them in my main fleet temporarily and do some high lvl missions?
or is there a better way?

if you dont have enough exp books, yes replace 2-3 ships from main fleet and grind
